Benefits
Supports rational thinking, risk management and, best of all, helps understand the answers to complex questions.
Any organization, company or group of people, can profit from using the ProveIt-HI tool to support decisions in any field.
What is the fundamental objective of this tool?
The objective is to improve communication between people that possess the information (employees, experts, …) and those that need to make decisions and evaluate the risks. But instead of “improve” it would me more precise to say “revolutionize”; instead of “getting” the best answer, it is best to say “understanding” the answer and risks involved. A concise and short report is automatically generated to avoid never ending meetings. Don’t tell me the answer… Show me the proof! With the Demo, you can’t Login & Save but you can still save locally or copy & paste!
Benefits
The Inquirer is the one asking the question. He could be a director, a manager, a team leader, or anyone responsible to get the best answer to the Question.
What is the Inquirer gaining by using this tool?
It is assumed the Inquirer (or the Inquirer/Responder) is using this tool to help him make the best decisions and understand the risks involved. Making a good decision is not easy, and making the best decision is even harder. Most people are not always rational in the process. In fact, research about the decision-making process is scary to say the least, and AI tools is not the answer! ProveIt-HI is a powerful and easy to use tool to help everyone make better decisions. In very complex cases, it might bring the Inquirer to split the issue in several simpler questions, but it remains fast and simple to use.
Benefits
The Responder, chosen by the Inquirer and often considered an expert in the targeted domain, is the one who will spend the most time working in the ProveIt-HI app.
Advantages and inconveniences for the Responder?
The Responder, or Inquirer/Responder, is probably the most affected by the use of this tool. For example, as an expert, instead of simply stating what he believes to be the best answer (intuition), he is required to think about it carefully and provide good quality and good strength evidences. The good news is that the report is automatically generated and updated. The other good news is that the tool will improve his critical thinking skills. With time, he will most likely use the tool even if not required by the Inquirer.
