Who are we?
We are a small high tech company working on this tool for quite some time simply because we realized how useful it could be for any organization. Of course, our experience with complex mathematical and statistical models played a significant role in all of this.
Cost
For now, everything is free (Demo). Of course, eventually, we would like a return on investment. In that case, the “Service Provider” would be charged a small amount per user regardless of how many Cases are created. The return on your investment will probably be tremendous.
The Future
The post-Demo version will allow you to save each Case, split the roles (Inquirer, Responder, Observer(s)) and greatly simplify working as a team.
